I bought a refurbished Dell laptop from Renoovo. The laptop itself is good; it arrived in excellent condition as advertised, and performs well for my daily tasks. I liked that they offer a good range of models. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 6 business days to reach me in Birmingham, which felt a little drawn out. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the shipping status, but couldn't really speed things up. Overall, satisfied with the product, but they could improve on shipping times.
